The climb is an amazing game. On my last climb in the canyon area for me it was a challenge. I had to put effort to get to the top. It seemed to take longer than it did.when I reached the top I really felt like I climbed a mountain. It felt like it was an accomplishment unlike any gaming experience I had in my life. I sat down on the top platform and just listened to the sounds and watched the birds fly and life and activity in the river. IT WAS GLORIOUS! IT WAS TRUE VR!
As in hours of use?
Vr is here to stay. 3d which isn't anywhere close to vr is said to have been a failed technology but meanwhile u still years after it came out find 3d at the movies, imax, and on tvs. It didn't die. It has a big enough market share to continue. At the very worst after the vr hype is over it may level off and just exist. But with each hardware generation when the oculus, vive etc. category of headsets become wirless lighter and eventually computor independent the user base will keep growing after each generation.
Now that I have the touch controllers do I really need the Xbox controller and that little remote controller for anything or will it just get in the way if I keep it since it does use a USB input if for any reason I need them what could I use them for?
Ok. I grab it and throw and then release the trigger.. It just drops..What is the trick..Thanks.
Just thinking about it - how amazing would something like Sim City be in VR? I would shell out all of my money for that! Does anyone know of anything like it, or anything in the works? Also - how would it work in VR?Imagine the zoomed out God like view of tiny skyscrapers - but also the ability to shrink down to street level and see everything from that perspective - seriously, someone needs to make this!!

I have been playing it and really enjoying this gamehttp://store.steampowered.com/app/395570/
It is currently summer here in the land of Oz.And is anyone's elses headset foam degrading from forehead sweat?Mine is starting to fall apart and is going all crinkly. I dont get these people. I really dont..... You can all call me rubbish man.. but that foam is rubbish. I really would rather pay an extra $40.00 when purchasing it to get a decent foam set up such as this one. I am sure they can mass produce it and make the cost next to nothing. It just seems logical. I think they should employ some of us people. They got no common sense. Honestly.

Just got a new PC, Rift, and Touch are on the way. After seeing reviews for the touch, I knew I had to get into this. Look forward to the experience.
Hey, post things, no matter what media or news, that shook your world!https://youtu.be/HCddlkIlTbI
Technically, to pre-order means "to order before you order." But technicalities aside...Ordering early (pre) does not imply receiving early. In order to receive something before someone else, you would have to engage in a pre-delivery process.Preorder as a verb:Order (an item of merchandise) before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later.Preorder as a noun:An order for an item that has not yet been made commercially available.https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/us/preorderLanguage is important, as is thoroughly reading and understanding any agreement you confirm. The prefix "pre" has been used far too often, and badly. Hi all,First post I've made here asking for help in relation to work (notice the change in how I'm speaking), I work for a Bluechip company. My role is developing internal software applications and intranet sites (mostly for reporting) supporting L+D (training functions). One of the new avenues the company is going down is developing 360 training videos (I wonder where they got that idea from). Can anyone point me in the right direction of how to get a decent embedding 360 video player/streamer which will work in IE 10?It doesn't have to be a free solution but that would be preferable, and hosting/rendering needs to be done on our side as the content could be potentially sensitive.Any help would be greatly appreciated::EDIT::forgot to mention, we are currently using this - https://developers.google.com/vr/concepts/vrview-webbut having issues with IE10 compatibility
Currently using a piece of crap after my zboard packed up 12 month ago. My parents did not know what to get me so asked them to get a corsair vengeance k95 as was a good price (70 quid) Do you folk reckon a good mechanical keyboard makes a difference for gaming?
You put your headset on after idle, loading first time, etc.
I can see it in my purchase history, but no other details.
