instagram account disabled

Meta my Instagram account was disabled ​@Aditi.2.67 help me through this 

I'm stressed from two days and it's causing huge trouble. Instagram is important for me please help

We have nothing to do with Facebook Instagram or WhatsApp. This is a user only forum dedicated to troubleshooting Quest VR headsets and smart glasses. We cannot help with this unfortunately.
