meta quest 2 headset charger port melted

so to give some context to this story i was playing alot one day and i had been charging it alot and i was charging it and i came back to see the charger port was melted (it didnt smoke or anything tho) and so i was wondering if meta would repair that for free or for a fee especially if i was not using the charger that comes with the headset
