Meta Quest 2 Sign in Problems

So a friend of mine wanted to start his Meta Quest 2 but he had to login on the website first. The Problem is he doesn't have the same phone number which he created the account and now the number is non-existent and he can't login. How can he solve the problem and change his phone number to login again?

Hey there, the problem is that he has to sign in on the Forum so that he can contact them but he cant login without the verification thats why im here to try to help him out. I hope you can understand what im trying to say😅

Oh ok thank you for the clarification.

I am unaware if Emailing support requires a login as well perhaps he could try that.

If not then if you have sent a direct message on his behalf to support I would wait on what they recommend.
