Muse false region detection: The Dalles, Oregon USA but stuck on waitlist

Hello,
I am accessing Muse from The Dalles, Oregon, USA.
My Meta account region is set to the United States and I am over 18.
However Muse shows this message:
"You’re on the waitlist. Muse isn’t available in your country or region yet."

It seems the system incorrectly identified my region. My IP geolocation shows Oregon, US.
I have attached the screenshot of this page.
Could anyone help look into this false region restriction?

    We don't specifically have any information regarding Muse.. Mostly we are covering Quest VR operational issues rather specific app problems.

     

    Maybe click on the AI glasses tab in the menu, you might find more info about Muse. Your IP geolocation is in the US, but if it's a VPN location you are using it can be blocked. If you are actually in the US you should contact Meta support directly through their official website. This is just a user forum, there are no Meta staff here.

    But what country are you physically in? Are you using a VPN? Your IP geolocation is your internet provider’s problem, not Meta’s. Some ISPs rout their traffic via foreign servers.
