Need Hardware RMA Help - Web Ticket Portal Is Crashing (Error)

Hi there, this is a user only forum unfortunately. There are no Meta staff here, no Meta moderators or community managers. You will have to contact Meta official support on this. If it keeps crashing try a different browser, it can often help. Are you still in the return window to send it back to Target for a refund? I say this because the RMA process at Meta is very slow, you can be waiting up to 3 months or more for a replacement. 

But just in case, here is a direct email link to a human support person at Meta. Have all your information ready and send them a mail. They usually get back to you there.

The moderators can’t help you getting the label.

You must go with support.

I just tried the support page (and have now opened a ticket that I don’t need🤪), it works without crashing, 

Maybe there is a server issue and it’ll work in a few hours.

Btw, I meant to say, if you get a private message from someone on this forum, which is public and unsecured, don't reply, they will likely be scammers.  Meta will not contact you from here.
