No more Immersive Home? "Loft" Space?

So, after I start up- all I see is pastel clouds- I click on the left menu button to choose a Loft immersion- (Which I've always loved) and nothing- just floating nothingness. Sigh. No living space, no portals- just pink/ blues skies floating. It's rather unsettling.
PS I know the difference from the legacy spaces from before. It's only been 3 weeks since I was on.

This is the environment for the hand tracking tutorial on Quest 2 - Quest 3/3s have it in passthrough.

If that stucks as an environment - instead of being a tutorial - you probably have no other choice than factory reset your headset.

The poster of the little video from the link got it working by using the power button, going in and out stand-by several times..... eventually the headset started normally. So, maybe try this first.

Or, if you are  able to open the help menu..... go to tutorials and do the handtracking tutorial..... maybe the cloudy environment closes itself then.πŸ€”

Hi IamMatch πŸ™‚

Do you mean you are in the pink/blue skies - just without the Loft - but you can still open Navigator and use the headset?

Or are you stuck there and nothing goes?

I mean The Loft Space has disappeared and I can't access it. Through the new Meta Navigator menu, I can access the apps- but, no "home". So, as soon as I turn on the Oculus all I see is pink clouds until I click on the menu

The Lofts are a separate download. Usually the default loft downloads automatically after the first time you try to access it.

Press the menu button on your LEFT controller, then select which loft you want from the menu that appears. It should then download it and install it.

If that doesn't work, you'll either need to try the Meta Software Update Tool or factory reset the headset. Or both.

Finally- I appreciate some insight.. yeah, so one day I'm in the Space Loft environ- then the next, this. I remember the Hand Tracking Tutorial from a long time ago- strange that this is what they've went with and changed some of our headset start ups to this.
I've re started a few times- maybe I'll restart again a few more- I'm just not looking fwd to wasting time re setting everything after a Factory Reset.
Good suggestion on the tutorial: maybe it's just a glitch.
