I want to: Wander in and out of all the structures of Ancient Rome, Walk the Moon and other Celestial Bodies, Stroll through the great parks of the World, Explore the Virtual Titanic, View all of the Art and Artifacts of the World's Greatest Museums, and Walk the streets of all of my favorite cities. And I want to do it all in The Rift!
I hope to finally find my dream job at Oculus VR, no kidding! Maybe when I'll acquire a few more years of experience or they open up less senior software developer positions... I also hope to experiment "real" virtual reality (nervegear...) of course, venture more around the world (especially the USA), learn to speak english as if it was my first language, and stay with my lady till my final moment :)

I know right?! they opened so many senior positions and left out a lot of us newbies hahaha. I would have been very happy by just creating props or unwapping UVs or creating simple textures for games at Oculus. I hope that someday in the future, with a little more experience, I can work at Oculus too. In the meantime I will stay put and wait for my DK2 and develop on my own. :)

This is the kind of stuff I want in the Rift. To go to all the places that are, were, will be, and never were. I don't think I'll be able to visit the moon in my lifetime (I don't think they'll be commercially viable and affordable before I knock off), but all we have to do is wait for the right VR experience. Hey, look on the bright side... audio for the simulation would be a piece of cake... there is none!

This one, too. I think this is one of those things that you just can't "get" with pictures or video. Think of the sheer scale... no single structure I've seen in my life even comes close. It's the one Wonder I do want to visit IRL someday. The Rift can get me closer, but this is one I can do fairly easily if I can manage the time, planning, and finances for all of us (I wouldn't want to go alone, of course!)
