Performance Killer I did not expect

I have been running some CPU / GPU ECT performance tuning software and found that my docking station was killing my performance.  Thought id pass that along as something someone else might want to know.

Some odd things will do that. I disabled the lighting effects software for my Corsair K70 Lux keyboard for that very reason. It was eating about 30% of a core on my i7-8700k.
