Request to bring back the Classic UI / Menu Toggle in Horizon OS

Dear Meta Horizon OS Development Team,

I am writing this to urgently request the return of the classic Meta Quest menu interface, or at least a toggle option in the settings to switch back to it.

With the recent updates, the old user interface has been completely removed. While I understand that Meta wants to push for a new multi-window, spatial computing layout, many users—including myself—feel that the new menu is much more cluttered, less intuitive, and slower for everyday gaming.

The old menu was compact, clean, and allowed us to jump straight into our games and apps without unnecessary clicks or managing floating windows.

Recently, the community was incredibly grateful when you listened to our feedback and restored the classic VR environments (like Cascadia). It showed that Meta truly cares about what the users want. Please show that same commitment to your community regarding the user interface. We do not ask you to change the default software for everyone, but simply to give us a "Classic View" switch in the Experimental or Accessibility settings.

To my fellow Quest users: if you miss the speed and simplicity of the old menu, please upvote this post so the developers can see how much this means to us.

Thank you for your time and for listening to the community.

There is no Meta Horizon OS development team here. Just volunteer users trying to help with actual problems, not put up with this 💩 that we can do absolutely nothing about. Think of your headset as an Android phone or an iPhone with iOS. When they change the UI drastically, which they do all the time, can you go back to the old one? No, you can't. When you have an actual problem come here, otherwise cry directly to official Meta support, who will likely tell you the same thing in a nicer way. We are just volunteering our unpaid time to help people, not to be nice to people wasting our time with unimportant details. As @steve40 said, it ain't gonna happen.

Here is the link to ways you can cry to Meta.
