I am not sure if I fully understand what you want to say. What is the "out of the box" expression? Sorry for asking such a question, maybe it is because of me not being a native english speaker.
Anybody remember Dark Seed? The amiga adventure game with Giger's artwork.
I've never played Dark Seed 2, but it looks a bit too comical (or comically bad) for a Giger inspired game. Especially the first 1 minute of the intro. :)

No worries, I have a habit of explaining things from a subjective point of view, without necessarily elucidating for those who live outside of my head. I simply mean, Giger's art is completely beyond the scope of anything else I have ever seen in this world. It's so different and "strange" it is capable of making people feel all sorts of creepy and weird, but only really because it is completely different from what we are used to.
It kind of turns me on.
“If you are willing to look at another person’s behavior toward you as a reflection of the state of their relationship with themselves rather than a statement about your value as a person, then you will, over a period of time cease to react at all.”

:( Oh man, just saw him in the Jodorowsky's Dune documentary - hard not to imagine his gravelly German voice speaking from beyond the grave. Thanks for all the scares.
