Shipping no longer delayed? + First Impressions!

I'm putting this in off-topic, since I don't want to get in anybodies way, and I know its mostly due to my own supidity and lack of presence.

I've been avoiding Rift news for a few months while I saved up to get one. I may not be a developer, but I'm a gamer who likes to test things to try to help out that way.
I ordered mine and expected to see it in a month or two, but from what I've seen in the forums, shipping is no longer a big issue? I even saw "Shipping takes 3-5 business days" on the order screen.

So my question is, has the current state of shipping improved or the sales died down enough that shipping only takes a few weeks?
UK order, by the way.

Since a lot of us have shared the experience of waiting for our Rifts to arrive, how about sharing our first impressions as well?

Once your Oculus Arrives, just post how you got on with setting it up, how it handled, what you game/demo you tried first and anything else related!

    Still not shipped? Longer now than was told this is meant to be UK-UK?

    Pretty sure we got in the time window, so we should be okay.
    I think we ordered just in time.
    Although, the fact that a few people from this thread got their Shipping email a few days ago, and we still haven't. I really hope we aren't going to be waiting a few weeks for it.

    CyberReality said it won't be two weeks, I'm just hoping he meant LESS than two weeks :cry: lol

    If they're talking in business days does that mean no weekend delivery's :?:

    I'm not sure. I think it depends who handles the delivery. Premium delivery services can even do Sunday delivery, but most only do Monday-Saturday, and free does Monday-Friday...

    I'm not even too sure where ours would come from. America, or England? I checked with an american friend, and shipping for him costs half as much, so I feel like it'd come from America, and use an international delivery service, but until we get our shipping email, we won't know which one.

    I had a convo with CyberReality a little while back and I think he mentioned that they are UK Shipped, so hopefully should mean a couple of days max once that all important status changes to SHIPPED honestly it's worse than being kid at Christmas :lol:
