13-year-old Quest account suspended - recovery loop incorrectly requires parent-managed account

My son’s Meta Quest account was created in December 2025 when he was already 13. He has been using it normally until 4 July 2026, when the account was suspended.

The recovery process incorrectly forces us into the parent-managed account flow for children aged 10–12. When we enter his correct birth year (2012), Meta immediately says “Only children between the ages of 10 and 12 can have a Meta Account managed by a parent,” so we cannot complete the recovery.

We also cannot contact Meta Support because logging into his account always redirects to this broken recovery flow. Please can a Meta moderator help escalate this account so the age classification can be corrected and access restored?
