Authentication Problem

Hello!

I'm having a problem with two-factor authentication (authenticator) on my Oculus account. I can't currently access the verification code, which means I can't log into my account.

Please help me disable the authenticator or advise on how to regain access. I am ready to provide any data to confirm that the account belongs to me.

    We can't help directly with account problems as it is a user only forum. 

    Best thing for you to do is contact Meta Support directly.. Here is a link to talk to a human support person rather than an AI. As this is an unsecured public forum please edit your post and remove your account name from your post, Good luck! 🤞 

    Just one point, you should no longer have an Oculus account. It should be a Meta account. All Oculus account holders were warned to update their accounts to a Meta account by April of 2025. Any Oculus account you may have had is now deleted. I hope you meant to say Meta account.

    Oculus accounts haven't existed for years.
