Batman: Arkham Shadow Missing Redemption Offer on Meta Quest 3S

Hello,

I recently purchased a Meta Quest 3S, which I understood was supposed to include a free copy of Batman: Arkham Shadow.

When I set up my headset, I received the option to redeem the free Meta Horizon+ subscription, but I couldn’t find any option to redeem Batman: Arkham Shadow.

I’ve checked the store and my library, but the game doesn’t appear to be available for free on my account.

I believe there may have been a mistake with the activation or redemption process.

Could someone please help me understand why the game isn’t showing up and how I can claim it?

Contact the seller of the headset, Meta, or Amazon or wherever you got it. I heard the offer was finished but if it's on your receipt or you have the bat logo on the box you are definitely entitled to it.

Actually, the promo of getting Batman free has been expired months ago. Is it stated on the box, tha Batman is included?

If so, contact Meta support

In the box describe your problem, wait fot the AI to reply, then scroll down and click on “No, this did not resolve my issue”, this will give you the option to contact Meta support via email, chat or WhatsApp.
