Broken controllers

My broke Meta Quest 3 controller has been really frustrating to deal with because the bottom trigger doesn’t work at all, which makes it almost impossible to play certain games properly or interact with things the way I’m supposed to, and it completely ruins the experience since that trigger is such an important button for gameplay.

is there any way I can get a new one?

    If your headset is under warranty, contact customer support (live chat, email, WhatsApp) here.

    If your headset is out of warranty but you live in USA, you could get the controller repaired by Fix my Oculus.

    Otherwise, you can buy a new controller in the Meta Quest Store. Look under Meta Quest>Replacement parts. The link I gave you is for the Australian store, so make sure you select your correct region first.
