Browser downloading problems

On any quest I've had browser downloads always cancel themselves around 300-600 mbs in and this only happens for the browser and not the actual library. I've had 3 quests, 2 quest 2s, and 1 quest 3s and its happened on all of them. Its extremely annoying when i wanna play my friends games when they don't have their game on applab/the meta store (also it doesn't matter where the file came from). One thing i should mention is that i do use hotspot and my phones signal is usually horrible
