Calling Captions Impossible to turn off

Strange situation with the  built-in calling captions in HorizonOS

Starting with 2.5, I noticed that when calling inside Horizon a text bar appears at the bottom of the screen with the subtitles of my call

Already installed 2.9 and still the same

In the menu there is an opportunity to configure or turn on/off live captions - but I can't find a toggle switch anywhere for the call 

At the same time, when I turn ON live captions - the second subtitle bar appears and everything remains with the calling text line
