Question

Can’t change birthday

Meta quest made me update my birthday, my phone glitched added the wrong birthday and now it’s a child account. When I try to change my date of birth to the correct one it says to contact customer support, when I do so they say they cannot do anything for me. So hundreds of dollars of games gone because they can’t do anything for me. This is suppose to be a top tier tech company and they can’t do anything. Even when I ask to speak to a supervisor they say they can’t do that. Are you serious? Has anyone had any luck recently?

Came here looking for the same answer. I have never in my life had more trouble navigating a gaming platform. I’m ready to toss the entire thing in the ocean. Sorry I can’t help, but you’re not alone.

I’ve had this issue too I’ve been trying to change it because I need to TODAY or I can’t do early access for ruffnauts Halloween but whenever I try to change my birthday it says I can’t because when I was entering my birthday I did 2010 instead of my actual 1981 I was hoping for it to be changed TODAY
