Can’t change phone number for Meta profiles

When ever I go in to change the accounts to my new phone number it keeps sending link to old number. It is saying the old number is a WhatsApp number. If anyone has a work around it would be great. Don’t want to lose the accounts or whoever has the old number take the account.

        Currently, sending PM MetaStoreHelp​ doesn't work.

          我现在有一个困扰，我的原始账号  登录不上去了，密码对了，卡在手机号短信那一步了。因为（1）我用的是+86中国的手机号，而meta 发的短信我并没有收到，因此我无法登录我的初始账号。②最初登录不上我以为是密码问题，我就改了密码。现在PIN码也没用了。请帮帮我，我不想要我的quest3变成砖头，我可以提供任何我的购买信息、订单以及详细的手机号。麻烦帮我解除我账号的双重认证😭
