Can't Install Meta Horizon Link

I haven't been able to get the Meta Horizon Link to install. It goes through the downloading perfectly fine, but when I get to the installation, it stops and says it reached an error in the installation.
I've tried redoing the cache, redownloading the installer, and updating my computer.

What do I do?
