Cannot receive SMS verification code due to region — need to bypass phone verification

Hello,

I am unable to complete the login process for my Meta account because the SMS verification code is not being delivered to my phone number. I live in Russia, and SMS messages from international services like Meta are blocked or not supported by local carriers.

I need to bypass the phone number verification step. I have access to my email and can verify my identity through it.

Please help me with one of the following:

1. Remove the phone number requirement from my account
2. Send the verification code to my email instead of SMS
3. Temporarily disable phone verification so I can log in and update my settings

I can verify my identity through email or provide any additional information needed.

Thank you for your help.
