Complete software failure

and so, I played my favorite beat saber, completely discharged the glasses, sent them to charge, and did not touch them all day, today I take them to play, and when I turn on the black screen, and select a profile, my hands are not tracked, as well as the controllers, while after a couple of attempts to restart, I managed to log in to the profile, everything worked as it should be, but an error came out that the system was not working, and after the error that the room was too dark, the screen turned black again, and the tracking of the controllers disappeared, I decided to reset the glasses, as a result, the black screen after resetting the glasses to factory settings, the white indicator flashes, the bootmod is loaded, I tried to update through the official utility on meta site, but it doesn't help, it's still a black screen, what to do

    If you play a lot Beat Saber you possibly sweat a lot?

    Sweat/moisture that finds its way into the headset can cause black screen/tracking lost issues.

    You can try if using a hairdryer like shown in the video helps.... be careful, don't use heat.

    If this doesn't work look for a vr headset repair service like Fix my Oculus - if you are in the US - or google for a similar repair service in your country.
