Cursor dots in game

Ever since the v78.1027 update the only game I play is being interrupted by the quest menu cursor. It's random and I've tried several different methods to correct over and over. I've tried restarting headset, recalibration, reseting controls, re-pairing controllers. It's happening pretty frequently and causes my player to continue sprinting when I want to stop, stop when I want to spring, spin rapidly, don't spin at all, and I can no longer click the settings tab in the meta menu. Please help because as of now my gameplay is completely ruined

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! That does sound strange, but never worry! We will have a look into this for you. 

 

We can see that you've mentioned that you only play one game, can you please check if this happens in any other game/application? 

 

We'd also like to suggest that you submit a bug report for our engineers! - The link attached will provide steps on how to do so! 

 

After you have done that, we recommend checking out our Software Update Tool. What this tool does is essentially force the latest update onto your headset, which can help fix software-related issues.

As you noticed this issue after the update, it seems perhaps a bug or glitch could be affecting your headset, and the Software Update Tool has a good chance of getting this sorted for you!
