Disabled Account

My instagram account was recently disabled by instagram, i believe it was a mistake. I have already submitted a feedback and review to the incident, but instgram didn’t seem to review it or check it. Please instagram recover my account/ bring my account back!! how would i request an appeal if i don’t have the option to appeal for my account? I’ve tried everything, yet all of it doesn’t work..
