Question

Facebook account permanently disabled – "cannot request another review" – need manual review & Page admin help

Hello,

My personal Facebook account was disabled around October 1, 2026. After one review, the screen now says "You cannot request another review of this decision." I'm posting from my Meta Horizon account because the disabled account can't sign in.

The decision likely relates to a video of a routine traffic stop by police in Vietnam. Recording patrol activities is permitted under local regulations, and I had no intention to harass or expose anyone. I'm willing to remove the post or blur any identifying details.

I would like to:
1. Know the specific policy that was cited;
2. Request a manual review – I'm ready to verify my identity with a government ID;
3. If the account can't be restored, get help regaining admin access to the business Pages I managed, which belong to my registered company (I can provide business registration documents privately).

The account may be deleted soon, so I'd appreciate any guidance on the correct support channel.

Thank you.

Wrong place. This forum is user only there are no Meta staff here, no moderators or community managers. Just users. We have nothing to do with Facebook Instagram or WhatsApp. Go away.

Here is a link to disabled Facebook accounts. It's all we can offer. This post will be marked as spam.

Hi @TruongPhat,

We’re sorry to hear you are having issues with your Facebook account. Unfortunately, the community isn't able to assist with disabled Facebook accounts, appeals, or requests for account reviews.

For disabled or banned accounts the best place to get help is here: facebook.com

We will be closing this thread now since there’s nothing else we can do to help.
