Question

Ghost restriction on wallet

I returned 4 games for crappy quality, Terrible gameplay, etc. Now my account has a appeal when I go to appeal it just breaks.
I have contacted support countless times, Each time they give me the same scripted answers, then proceed to close my ticket out before I can even get a word in on the matter mentioning I already have a case then they leave the chat without even letting me say anything. When I get a chance to say something they repeat the same messages over and over.

So you abused the game refund system and got sentenced to refund restriction purgatory. Refunds are not a method for trying out games 😉.

You should research and check reviews before purchasing a game. Multiple refunding will get your account restricted as it looks like you wanted to play for a while with no intention of buying the game. As steve_40 says, you will probably be restricted for a period of time. Best thing to do is play games for a while and hope it's lifted. However if you do the same again, you might get a more permanent ban. I'm not saying you did it purposely but just be careful that you know what you want as much as you can. If a game has bad gameplay people usually mention it in the reviews on the Horizon app.

So. 4 refunds over the course of a month for games that caused me issues is a reason to have my account locked without an appeal because the apps appeal is currently broken and wont register the appeals application across 3 different devices. If thats the case then meta needs to get their company in check because I can refund 30+ games in a month on steam without a single issue but 4 games in a month is a god send to disable an accounts wallet that has active funds in it on games that were highly recommended but actual gameplay was terrible.

I know what the policy is on Steam, but there is no reason to believe that it's the same on Meta regarding the number of game refunds that might trigger this on your account. It's even possible that there is an error. As for games, I definitely recommend you checking the reviews on your Horizon app before you buy, usually people are not shy about telling users about the games, good or bad.

If you want to talk to a human Meta Support person about your predicament, here's a link to a few different methods.

The whole purpose of "Refund" Is if u dont like a game u return it and try a different one thats like saying ur an all u can eat Buffett and limiting the consumption to 2 plates pre made.

No it isn't, lol. And Steam is not a subscription service "buffet" like Xbox Game Pass, so your argument is total BS.

Sure you can 😉🤣🤣🤣.
