Hello i have a quest 3s and i lost my glasses spacer and i want to replace them. where can i buy the original part. i am living in germany and i need quick help. thx for support or help :)

If you want the original part you'll have to contact Meta in Germany

If you can't get it there search Amazon or Ali Express for 3rd party options.

Meta does not offer the glasses spacer in their shop, so you can either

reach out to Meta support via email, chat or WhatsApp HERE and see if they can send you them anyways
buy prescription lenses, so you don't need glasses while wearing the headset Quest 3S MR prescription lenses by Zenni®
or you buy a lens protector set from Amazon Lens Protector Set kompatibel mit Meta Quest 3S Zubehör, weiche Lens Protector Cover, Glass Spacer mit Blue Light Blocking Gläsern für Oculus Quest 3S/Quest 2 (Nicht passend für Quest 3)

Choleni Good advice except for one thing. I use prescription lenses on my 3s but I still need to use the glasses spacer as the lense surface is much closer to your eyes and your eyelashes will constantly be pushing up against the lenses. The Quest is wearing the glasses instead of you so you still need the space 😂😂😂👀
