Question

Gray screen on Quest2

The screen is gray.  I tried to boot the system and didn’t work.   I didn’t try to Reset to factory.   What should I do? 
one more thing.  When I choose the Device Info the Lock State appears LOCKED.

    LOCKED is the the correct state.

    Sometimes a gray/black screen is caused by moisture/sweat that found its way into the headset. You can try, if a hairdryer - like shown in the video - can help.....carefully, don't use heat.

     

    If this doesn't work, you should look for a repair service like "Fix my Oculus" - if you are in the US - or  google for vr headset repair service in your country.
