Had to factory reset my meta Quest 2 for my Horizon worlds to work

Hello! Ok I had a problem with Horizon Worlds working, it said it had a problem connecting with my account. Ok. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the horizon worlds app, it’s all updated, I restarted my meta quest 2. Nothing. So then I factory reset it and it worked. But now when i went back to get into it, it says thr same thing “Having issues connecting to your account”.  Can someone help me please!?!?

    Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention, we understand how discouraging this whole situation might feel for you and we wanted to give you a hand. If your Horizon Worlds app can't connect to your account, you can try to log out of all sessions for your Meta account and then attempt to log back in through your headset and the Meta Horizon mobile app. This often resolves connection issues,  if it doesn't, you can also try checking your WIFI, ensuring the Meta Horizon app is updated and permissions are correct.
