Headset will not turn on.

My headset will not turn on or anything. I thought it might be because it needed to charge up. I started to charge it and checked 6 hours later. but I got no light telling me that it's charging. I tested the external battery pack I bought for it am it was charging. I would really like some help.

From here, we recommend trying the USB Software Update tool, available here, if you have a Quest 2, 3, 3S, or Pro model, and try side-loading the update to see if this helps. MetaStoreHelp I have an electric toaster that comes up with more relevant information that the copy/past bot that keeps spewing out misinformation.

The users headset is dead. It is a deseased parrot. Plugging it into an update tool is pointless. Don't you have something better to do, like block someones facegram account?
