Help me

So I woke up one day and got on my vr but it was stuck saying‘Finding position in room’ so I factory reset it because that’s what I do when my headset glitches. When I did it asked me to log into my account but the email used for my account was my old email that I don’t have access to anymore so I was wondering how could I log back into my account

Btw this name is NOT my account I just made another thinking I could just switch back to the old one but no.
