Help w gifting game

Bought I Expect You to Die 2 for my son. But he gets error message: “can’t send gift. Recipient can’t redeem this gift. Please select another gift or recipient.” We are seriously bummed out, I was charged for it and he can’t play it.

      How old is your son? Expect you to die has age restrictions. In my country it's 12+

      Your son might have to send a request that allows him to play the game.

      Approve or block app download requests for a child's Meta account

        We thought about that, but he’s able to play I Expect You to Die, and I Expect You to Die 3

        Strange.... then it should also work with Expect you to die 2.

          Use the live chat ("chat with customer support"), not email, or you might find yourself running around in circles. Email is better for submitting tickets for hardware replacement.
