Question

How can I unlock my Meta account?

How can I unlock my Meta account? I’m not sure how it ended up being locked; my Facebook and Instagram accounts are still working, but I see that my Meta Horizon account has been locked and scheduled for deletion.

    Contact Meta support HERE

Scroll down and click on “ Accounts, logins and passwords ”,select the product, then describe your problem in the box and wait for the AI response.

Then scroll down and click on “this did not resolve my issue”,  now you’ll get the email, chat and WhatsApp option to contact Meta support.
