I haven’t been able to get into my account because of authenticator app

A while ago, I set up 2FA and put on the authenticator app, but it never worked and I’ve been locked out of my account. What can I do to remove the authenticator app? Can I be helped by meta support to take it off my account?

    Meta support can't take off the 2FA but they can help you to get back in  your account, so you can do it yourself.

      Did it work for you? The thing I ended up telling them that worked is that asking for biometrics is an invasion of privacy.
