I'm having issues getting my account connected

I'm m trying to log into my new meta quest with my account using the code my headset tells me but after I do it ask me for the email linked to my account In which the website says that my email is not linked to my account

This is what it says exactly

 It looks like there isn’t an account associated with l*************s@gmail.com.
