Infinite boot loop???

For some reason when I open my meta quest 3 it infinitely loops? It shows the logo for around 15 seconds and then the lenses don't match each other and unfocus, then for around 3 minutes it just spins and then the screen turns black. Ive tried a lot of things, side loading software updates, trying to restart headset, and booting it back up but it does the same over and over.
