Lost acces to my meta/oculus account

Hi,

I have a Oculus rift and I can't login the associated account because I lost 2FA App and recuperation code does not work (too old ?)

I create a new account to have access to this forum.

Can someone at Meta support reply to help me disable 2FA authentication to the account associated with my VR Headset ?
