Meta.com account issues

meta.com does not show my Quest 3S headset is registered to my account.  I can't even troubleshoot my other issues because the account is not linked somehow.  The headset shows the meta account, but not vice versa.  Beyond frustrating and trying to contact customer support has been a nightmare.
