Meta Multiverse Coin Purchase issue

I purchased meta coins twice for $19.99 I showed receipts and different user names requested. I was then told to download a file and select share , everytime they said file was ready . I would click on the link and the process did not go through six times. This process is broken and I’m left with out coins and can’t get my funds back.
