Meta One subscriber: 3 agents, 2 transfers, still no one can unlock my Instagram business account. Who is actually responsible?

I pay for Meta One Advanced, and part of what I pay for is live support. Here is what that support has looked like.

On Oct 25, Meta locked my account for suspected unauthorized access. I unlocked Facebook, changed my password and enabled two-factor authentication. Facebook, my Page and my ad account all work normally.

My Instagram business account @comikgames is still locked. Every login and recovery option (password, email code, passwordless link, account recovery) ends on "Try another device to continue". I'm using the same iPhone and Mac I have always used for this account and I still have full access to the login email. The "Can't try another device?" screen simply says there is no other way to log in.

- I waited around 18 hours for a live agent.

- The first agent called me, asked for a new email address, then transferred me to someone else.

- The second agent asked me to try a private browser (same result), told me the issue is "not within my support" and transferred me again.

- Since then I have been waiting for a "specialist" for hours. Nobody has joined.

So after two days: two agents changed, nobody owns the case, nobody has told me what is actually wrong or what will happen next. My paid campaign is running without its Instagram identity and the account's momentum is gone.

What kind of system is this? Who at Meta is actually able to fix an Instagram login lock for a paying business customer? If a Meta moderator sees this, please escalate case 921843967529173. And if anyone here has escaped this "Try another device" loop, I would really appreciate knowing how.
