Meta Quest 3 isn't working after software update

I updated the firmware through the site, because it could not be done through wifi (there was a signature that the connection is limited). The update was successful, as was the connection to the phone and the setup of the headset through Meta Horizon. Everything was going well, I confirmed the safety rules and I was taken to a blank screen with three flickering dots... This screen has been in an infinite loop, nothing loading or working. I could only center it or return to the screen with a safety confirmation. I've tried a few times to factory reset the device, install the update again, and things like that, nothing works.
