Meta Quest 3 not turning on

The power works; I charged for almost a day so it’s definitely fully charged. However, the light displaying that it’s fully charged is stuck on unless it’s powered on. Speaking of which, the power turns on; however, it just gets stuck on the loading screen that says “Meta Horizon OS”. Not sure exactly when this issue started; all I know is it was working 8 days ago, then I went on vacation for 5, came back and it’s not working. Any help is appreciated

It's normal for the green "charged" light to stay on until you wake the headset. How long have you left the headset at the Horizon OS screen? It might be updating itself. I'd leave it alone for about 20 minutes and see if it gets unstuck. Otherwise, try a factory reset or the Meta Quest Software Update Tool. I'm assuming you have already tried restarting or powering off/on the headset.

    I left it on for around 10-15 minutes, before taking it off and just letting it do its own thing for around 25 minutes. Nothing has changed. I can try actually leaving it turned on for up to 20 minutes; I don’t have it right now but will try later and get back to you. If that doesn’t work I’ll try a factory reset. Thanks for the help!
