Meta Quest 3S No Command

My meta quest 3S shows "No Command" with a lying down android and a red error sign. The LED is blue/white. It won't let me get to the boot menu to factory reset. Can anyone help?

Hi ThatBihJericho​ 🙂

You might have accidently pressed the volume "up" button while pressing the power button. This gives you the "no command" screen.

Turn off the headset, then press the power button and the volume "down" button, this gives you the boot menu to factory reset.
