Meta quest 3s not working - rainbow squares everywhere?

This is all I can see, tried 15 second reboot, what else can I do? Was working fine 2 days ago

jpetro416 try factory resetting the headset. If that fails and it's still under warranty, contact meta support.

Just tried a reset, Nothing. Contacted support and it appears to need a replacement :(
