Meta quest not letting me buy anything

I have this problem on my Quest or meta app that it will not let me buy anything no matter what I use for example like meta pay, visa, PayPal, and anything else I try to use. I just need someone to help me fix this because I have money on the account that I have not been able to use in over 6 months

Contact Meta support via email. chat or WhatsApp HERE and report your problem.

I got the error recently when I tried buying from the app, but I could buy from the store within the Quest.

You said, you've already tried that....... sadly, it seems this does not work for you. ☚ī¸
