Question

Meta Quest, to Meta Horizon, login issues.

Meta Quest 2 with old Meta Quest App.  Now trying to login using Meta Horizon App.  Nothing has changed in ex of email, password or username.  Always states email already associated with the account.  I do not want to reset all info.  Any suggestions?

Hi there Heyscottwife. We understand you are having an issue with logging into your Meta Horizon account.

Your Meta Quest and Meta Horizon account are one and the same login details only. If you feel like you have forgotten your password, you can reset the password thorough the "forgotten password" on the login page. Here is a handy link on how you can reset your password for your Meta account.

If you are still having issues in logging in, don't worry we would like to invite you to our private DM to look into this further for you.
