    Hi there Yokaboyd504 !

We heard you were having some trouble with Horizon Worlds, and thought we'd drop in with some help!

In a case like this, we'd really recommend submitting a bug report. You can do this by:

    1. Opening the Horizon Worlds app.
    2. While holding both of the controllers, press down simultaneously the A&B buttons on the right controller and the X&Y buttons on the left controller.
    3. Pressing all four buttons will start the process of the bug collection.
    4. You can then describe the issue you're facing.

Once submitted, our engineering team will be able to take a look and see if they can get this resolved for you!

    We hope this helps!
