My Instagram account was disabled need help recovering my account

Request for Manual Review and Reconsideration of Disabled Instagram Account

Dear Meta/Instagram Team,

I am writing regarding the Instagram account identified above, which has been disabled. I believe this action may have

been taken in error and I respectfully request that the account and the circumstances leading to its disablement be

reviewed by the appropriate team.

I understand that the Grievance Officer mechanism is an available channel for users in India. However, in my case, the

disabled-account flow does not provide an effective appeal/review option. I am therefore using the postal contact method

published by Meta for Instagram in India to formally submit this grievance.

I respectfully request Meta/Instagram to reconsider the disablement and conduct a manual review of my account. If the

action was taken in error, I request restoration of access. I have provided my account information and supporting material

so that the matter can be identified and reviewed accurately.

    Here is no Instagram team

    This is the Meta community VR forum, this forum has nothing to do with Instagram accounts.

    No one here can review/restore your account, because no one here has access to those accounts.

      This is a user only forum dedicated to troubleshooting Quest VR headsets and AI glasses. We have absolutely nothing got to do with Facebook Instagram or WhatsApp. We cannot help with account issues as we are just a user forum. We have no access to Instagram user accounts. We cannot restore accounts and there no Meta staff here, no moderators or community managers. There are links at the bottom of the page for disabled accounts. Use them.
