my instagram account was disabled need help recovery my account

Subject: Formal Grievance – Request for Independent Review and Restoration of My Disabled Personal Instagram Account @thakurr_sujal

Dear Meta Grievance Officer Team,

I am submitting this grievance to request an independent review of my personal Instagram account, @thakurr_sujal, which was disabled on 30 October 2026.

1. Details of My Instagram Accounts

Primary Personal Account:

- Username: @thakurr_sujal

- Registered Email: [deleted]

- Account Type: Personal account

Associated Account:

- Username: @paisakamao.comm

- Registered Email: Same email address as my primary account.

Both accounts belong to me. However, @thakurr_sujal is my main personal account, which contains my personal photographs, memories, friends, followers and important connections.

2. Explanation of the Issue

My account @paisakamao.comm was disabled first. Subsequently, my personal account @thakurr_sujal was also disabled.

The notification displayed by Instagram states that my personal account was disabled because of its association with another account.

I understand that Meta may take action against accounts associated with accounts that violate its policies. However, I respectfully request that my personal account be reviewed independently rather than automatically remaining disabled because of its association with the other account.

I have always tried to follow Instagram's Community Guidelines through my personal account and have not knowingly engaged in activities that violate Instagram's rules.

3. Previous Verification and Complaints

I submitted the requested identity verification and selfie verification for my associated account, @paisakamao.comm.

I also previously submitted a complaint regarding my personal account through Meta's grievance form.

However, I received a response stating that my request could not be handled through that particular reporting channel.

I subsequently contacted the Grievance Officer email address and requested guidance regarding the appropriate process for my disabled account.

4. My Request to Meta

I respectfully request Meta to:

1. Conduct an independent manual review of my personal Instagram account, @thakurr_sujal.

2. Review whether disabling my personal account solely because of its association with @paisakamao.comm was appropriate.

3. Provide the specific reason and policy basis for disabling my personal account.

4. Reconsider the decision and restore @thakurr_sujal if it was disabled by mistake.

5. If this grievance has reached the wrong department or category, kindly forward it to the appropriate team or guide me to the correct review process.

Losing access to my personal photographs, memories, friends and connections has been very disappointing.

I am not requesting any exception to Instagram's policies. I am simply requesting a fair and independent review of my personal account.

I sincerely hope my grievance will receive proper consideration.
